How long does order processing take?

Orders containing more than 10 items may take 3–7 business days to process.

Processing begins once the order status changes to “Accepted.”

For the first 2 hours after placing an order, the status will show “New.”

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes—but only within 2 hours of placing your order.

Once an order is marked “Accepted,” it is sent to our fulfillment team for preparation and cannot be modified or canceled.
